Service Description

An in-depth intermediate level workshop suitable for experienced students (2 years or more), teachers and trainees. There will be detailed study of foundations poses and an exploration of intermediate poses alongside themes from the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali. Please bring your own yoga equipment and kindly do not attend the workshop if you feel unwell.
