Elaine Bull has been practising Iyengar yoga since 2000. She completed her teacher training with Jayne Orton, one of the UK's small number of advanced level teachers in 2009, and now teaches classes in Bamford, Grindleford and at Hope Valley Yoga Studio in Hathersage. Having a sports background, Elaine was initially drawn to yoga to maintain strength, fitness and suppleness to continue to do all the things she enjoys, like climbing, walking and skiing. This quickly matured into a love of yoga for the feelings of wellbeing, focus and sense of the present that it brings. To stretch herself and give her clearer insights into how to help others further, she attends regular classes and workshops for teachers at the Manchester Institute and Sheffield Yoga Centre, where she also teaches a Restorative Class.
