Choose a course or plan below that suits your needs. If you have no prior yoga experience, please attend the beginners' course prior to attending the general level classes. On the plans, you can choose to attend one Zoom class per week or up to 3 per week. Access to recorded classes is included in both plans. You can cancel the plan at any time as it is only paid weekly in advance or if you need to take a break for 2 weeks or more the plan can be put on pause.
If you are a new student it is important to let me know of any conditions or injuries you may have that could affect your yoga practice and your ability to do the class safely. You will be prompted for this information as part of the booking process.
Classes are conducted online via Zoom and the link to join classes will be emailed to you.

Tuesday 6.15-7.15 (Beginners' course)
Tuesday General Level 7.30-8.45pm
Thursday General Level 10-11.15am
Friday General Level 10-11.15am
