Sign up for a weekly plan to attend either 1 class per week or 2 classes per week. Access to a library of recorded classes is included in both plans. You can cancel the plan at any time as it is only paid weekly in advance or if you need to take a break for 2 weeks or more the plan can be put on pause.
If you are a new student it is important to let me know of any conditions or injuries you may have that could affect your yoga practice and your ability to do the class safely. You will be prompted for this information as part of the booking process.
Classes are conducted online via Zoom and the link to join classes will be emailed to you.

Tuesday General Level 7.30-8.45pm
Thursday General Level 9.15-10.30am
